June 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Sly Process Systems, LLC offers pneumatic conveying components such as positive displacement blower packages,  intake, static inline, and pulse jet filters, as well as receivers or separators for pellets, regrinds, or powders.  Controls and motor starters are also offered.  Line accessories to complete the pneumatic conveying system, such as T-valve assemblies, level sensors, divert valves, and vacuum take-away boxes and wands are available.  We also offer line accessories such as tubing and couplings, flexible hoses, and quick disconnects, for rail unload headers and material conveying lines.

Filter Bags

    An SPS high efficiency cyclone may be utilized to separate pellets, regrinds, fibers, or powders from the airstream in a pressure or vacuum conveying system.   They can also be employed as a primary collector in a dust control application. SPS cyclones are available in mild steel, aluminum, or stainless steel construction, and in various metal gauges.  Standard cyclone sizes are available to handle air requirements up to approx. 8000 CFM.  Larger sizes are available.

    SPS vacuum or pressure  PD blower packages may be  utilized for vacuum, pressure, or pull-push  dilute phase pneumatic conveying applications.  They may be configured for either sequencing (batch) or continuous conveying applications. Standard PD blower packages consist of a positive displacement blower, high efficiency motor, v-belt drive and guard, silencers, relief valve and gauge, all factory assembled on a common base.
