A full day “Meet n Green” meeting is priced at HK$400 (US$52) per person. Price includes use of meeting venue from 9am to 5pm, an organic and sustainable seafood set lunch and refreshments, replace bottled water with DIAMOND energy water, a 3-minute power stretching exercise and a green meeting checklist for the event organizer.
To make a complete green experience, delegates may participate in a 2-hour organic farming in YMCA of HK Tung Chung Green Organic Farm, 2.5-hour Tai O fishing village cultural and ecological tour or organic cooking class at a special rate. Prices are valid till 30 Nov 2010 for a minimum of 20 delegates

It seats groups with minimum 50 people in U shaped conference to 200 people in theatre setting. The room can be partitioned into four with sound-proofed panels to accommodate smaller corporate events
