Free tuition and accomodations for SongStudio songwriting workshop in Toronto, Canada

PRLog (Press Release) - Jun. 10, 2010 - SongStudio is a week-long songwriting workshop held in July at Toronto's Ryerson University. It was founded by Rik Emmett (http://www.rikemmett.com/) and Blair Packham (http://www.blairpackham.com/) to give songwriters a chance to learn from others who are accomplished in the music industry.

Songstudio is a brilliant learning opportunity for any aspiring songwriter. To make sure that even those who have less resources can participate, a group of past graduates has organized a scholarship and free accommodations for the July 17-23, 2010 SongStudio workshops. The workshops are worth $850 and the 6-night accommodations at Ryerson are worth $300.

Anyone can participate in SongStudio regardless of their experience. Interested applicants can apply for the scholarship by June 30, 2010 at this URL:

One application will be selected by volunteer adjudicators who are past participants on July 5, 2010.
