Two North Texas firms have joined forces. Accounting and Consulting firms Bland, Garvey, Eads, Medlock + Deppe, P.C. (BGEM+D) and The Burns Firm, Ltd. merged on May 1.
The merger will allow BGEM+D to offer two new services, litigation support and mergers and acquisitions.
For Burns, the merger offers more professionals and additional services. Together the firm can help business grow, minimize taxes and assist with retirement planning.
The name of the firm will be Bland, Garvey, Eads, Medlock + Deppe, P.C. with John Garvey, Jr. leading the combined company as the Chief Executive Officer.
