Kordecki’s Booty Slide® technique, featured on The Today Show and EXTRA TV, is geared at strengthening the core, lifting the buns and firming the entire body. Booty Slide®, an innovative new technique lasting 45 minutes, target every muscle in the body via an array of specialized movements and positions designed by Kordecki. She developed Booty Slide® out of her own desire “to find an efficient, intense way to work the entire body in under 45 minutes”. Clients will be able to experience the well-known celebrity trainer’s workout at a top of the line SPIN and flex class studio located in one of NYC’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
