Ipswitch, Gives Back with Donation to ACCION USA Microfinance Company

For every download of WhatsUp Gold, Ipswitch, Inc. will donate $1 to ACCION USA’s national microlending program

 
PRLog - Jun. 10, 2010 - LEXINGTON, Mass. -- Lexington, Mass. –  Ipswitch, Inc.’s Network Management Division, developer of the WhatsUp Gold suite of innovative IT management solutions, today announced it is continuing its tradition of charitable giving by donating to ACCION USA, a microfinance organization that provides affordable small business loans to microentrepreneurs. For every download of WhatsUp Gold now through May 31st, 2010, Ipswitch, Inc. will donate $1 to the organization’s national microlending program.

“Facilitating the growth and success of small businesses is important to us,” said Ennio Carboni, president, Network Management Division, Ipswitch, Inc. “We haven’t forgotten our own humble beginnings almost 20 years ago and it is an important part of our culture to support small business owners who are on their way up,” Carboni said.

In January, Ipswitch, Inc. pledged $25,000 to CARE, one of the world’s largest non-profit private international humanitarian organizations fighting against global poverty.
