    During his 37 year career, "H." has designed and sold bulk material handling and processing equipment to numerous industries including: road building, construction, food and beverage, plastics converting, compounding, plastics and metals recycling, plumbing pottery, ceramics, primary metals, and several others.

    Most recently, he was with Walton/Stout, Inc., where he held a number of key positions including Executive Vice President/COO, Technical Director, VP Engineering, and Sales and Engineering Manager. H. joined Walton/Stout in 1993 when the assets of Todd Manufacturing Company, his employer at the time, were purchased. At Todd H. served for 18 years as VP Engineering, where he was responsible for the design and application of various mechanical and pneumatic conveying products aimed at the chemical process and construction industries. Products designed included: dense phase pneumatic conveyors, dilute phase conveying equipment, venturi wet scrubbers, dust collector cyclones, baghouses, portable tip up silos, portable horizontal silos, continuous gravimetric metering systems, aggregate feed bins, liquid additive systems, and a wide range of custom designed equipment and systems for handling bulk powders, granules, pellets and liquids.

Deborah Ellington

    Deborah comes to Sly Process Systems with over 21 years of experience at Walton/Stout, Inc. Throughout her tenure, she led area sales reps to meet sales quotas, was responsible for direct selling in open territories and developed house accounts with large companies with plants worldwide. She helped research and establish the plant layout and design needs of numerous processing applications, and designed and sized equipment to match those requirements.

    At Walton/Stout, she held the titles of National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, System Sales, Inside Sales, Service Center, Job Costing, and Accounting.

    Patrick Jones

    Patrick Jones has 21 years experience working in the bulk material handling & processing equipment field,  fourteen years with Walton/Stout Inc. and seven with Process Control Corporation. His design background includes prototyping, sheet metal forming and structural steel design. He is also highly proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software. At Walton/Stout he was responsible for providing all detail and assembly level drawing required for manufacturing while managing the design and drafting staff. He worked as liaison between Walton/Stout's vendors and subcontractors so to find the highest quality solution, always keeping the customer in mind. Patrick also helped handle customer service related calls and spent time with numerous customers to help make sure their systems were running as requested.

Sly was founded in 1874 as a manufacturer of foundry equipment. The company’s experience with dusty environments lead to its development of dust collection equipment. Sly holds the very first patent for a cloth-type dust collector issued in 1902.
