Air Arabia Egypt launches two routes from El Arab Airport to Khartoum

The launch of a new airline: The emerging Egyptian market is the next move for Sharjah’s Air Arabia. The new Alexandria-based joint venture launched two new routes on its first day of operations.
 
June 9, 2010 - PRLog -- Air Arabia Egypt is the new airline launched as a joint venture between Air Arabia of Sharjah, UAE and Egypt’s Travco Group. The airline began operating on 1 June, launching two routes from its base at Alexandria’s Borg El Arab Airport (HBE). Khartoum (KRT) in Sudan is served three times a week, while Kuwait (KWI) gets four weekly flights. The new airline, like its siblings Air Arabia and Air Arabia Maroc, operates A320 aircraft.
