Next to providing the resources, Sourceplicity co-manages the resources together with the customer and supports the customer in the development process. Of course Sourceplicity can do more and provide project management, advice on methodologies, quality standards, use of technologies, etc. It’s the customer’s choice.
After the pre-determined period, the company either pays Sourceplicity the difference between the pre-agreed commercial price or the outstanding amount will convert into shares of the company based on pre-defined conversion rate.
