Today, we found many users are copying DVD "Shutter Island" and "From paris with love". The two DVDs both have new protection, in fact, we've fixed them several days ago. But because the users didn't upgrade to the latest version or didn't enable the auto-update function, they still failed in ripping them.
If you also have trouble to copy them, please first download the latest version (3.2.3) of Ideal DVD Copy from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com and install it. Then click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, click "Check Update" to download the new fixes from our server. When you got a message said updated finished, then you can begin to copy the above two DVDs.

If you still failed on those DVDs with the method we mentioned, that mostly means the edition of your DVD isn't one of which they've known. Please just keep the DVD in your DVD drive, then click the icon on the left top window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files", and then you will get a .buz file, just save it to your desktop, then enclose it in your email, they will give you a fix within one business day.
