Chapel Hill, NC -- Steve Kohl, owner of J & J’s Deli, has just launched a new corporate catering program. The New York style deli is offering free delivery of their Boar’s Head catering to Chapel Hill, Durham and RTP with a minimum order.
“It’s all about making it super easy and super high quality,” says Kohl. He should know. He spent the last 6 months researching what sales reps and offices need in a caterer.
His findings show that corporate catering consumers need high quality food with easy ordering and affordable delivery at a price point under ten dollars per head. As a result, the deli has set up a Catering Hotline where frequent buyers can keep their details on file for rapid ordering.

Steve graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York in 1997. He proceeded to work in four diamond, fine dining restaurants - including, locally, Four Square Restaurant and Il Palio - for fifteen years before purchasing J & J's Deli in 2006. Having fallen in love with New York delis while attending cooking school and working in the heart of the city, Kohl is delighted to have his own deli.
