Over the past several weeks, the company has merged departments and organized the resulting larger group into smaller, self-directed teams, with the goals of promoting flexibility and enhancing communication and team cohesion within the organization. Ultimately, Veristat’s goal is to continue to provide the highest quality services to clients in the most efficient, cost-effective manner.
The self-directed team approach is not a new concept, but rather is something that more and more mid-sized companies are implementing in order to decrease overhead and increase information sharing in the organization.
