Voice Technologies Expands with New Sheffield Office

June 8, 2010 - PRLog -- Voice Technologies, a leading supplier of digital dictation and speech recognition solutions, has opened a new office in Sheffield to support the company’s growing client base in England and Wales.  

Located in Sheffield Technology Park, Voice Technologies’ new office will link with the company’s head office in Paisley, and will focus on new business opportunities, predominantly targeting the NHS, legal firms and the public sector, as well as supporting existing clients throughout England and Wales.

Alistair Graham, Sales and Technical Director of Voice Technologies, says: “We have enjoyed substantial business growth over the past few years and the new office in Sheffield was a key step in our expansion plans. It was very important for us to have a base in England, with our customer base in both England and Wales increasing all the time. Sheffield was an obvious choice for us, as it is situated right by the motorway, allows easy access to England and Wales and is only a three hour drive from our head office in Paisley.”  

The new Sheffield office will be occupied by technical, administration and support staff.  The company is a platinum supplier of WinScribe digital dictation solutions and has created its own WinVoicePro software, specifically for the NHS, which works seamlessly alongside WinScribe to create an end-to-end process for digital dictation.

Voice Technologies is also the sole supplier for digital dictation and speech recognition solutions on the National Framework contract for Scotland and an approved supplier to the Framework contract established for NHS Trusts on Yorkshire and Humber.
