Zerowait Corporation, a data storage service company, encountered a flood of visitors and requests at their booth during EMC World in Boston. Many of the inquiries were from NetApp customers looking for an affordable solution to maintain their legacy high availability hardware while they migrate to other platforms, such as EMC.
This was Zerowait’s second year at the EMC World show. Many companies have mixed data storage environments, and Zerowait demonstrated how many EMC customers can obtain more value from their legacy equipment. Zerowait also displayed ways they can help EMC customers free up funds to purchase new equipment, while allocating their time and money to fit their newly constrained storage budget. Zerowait specializes in third-party, legacy support services for NetApp equipment and provides assistance to companies migrating to EMC equipment, often purchasing the excess NetApp equipment when the customer has exhausted its usage.
"Zerowait is excited to help EMC and their customers whenever we can. Our business provides affordable service and support while the customer is in transition,”
Zerowait is continually investing in brand identity and marketing, with EMC World being their largest event to date. “Some people may find it odd seeing a NetApp support vendor at an EMC show, but Zerowait is in a very unique market niche,” adds Linett.
