Mr. Baron was previously a Vice President at Pergolis Swartz Associates where he was involved in both sourcing and structuring debt and equity for real estate related transactions. Mr. Baron has substantial experience in the financial valuation and structuring of real estate transactions and has worked on transactions across a broad range of property types including multi-family, office, hospitality, commercial and industrial. Prior to Pergolis Swartz, Mr. Baron worked with former President Bill Clinton, where he was a member of the consulting team for the Harlem Small Business Initiative. Mr. Baron graduated with a B.S. in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Mr. Baron lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
