Energy Solutions International Merges with Entessa Inc. to Provide Logistics Management Software

Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Entessa’s technology platform, Synthesis™, complements ESI’s suite of solutions for the energy industry. The expanded portfolio enables ESI to provide a comprehensive solution for end-to-end supply chain management in the energy transportation sector.
