For help with the change in eating habits, nutritionists are available to assist in meal planning, understanding food labels, healthy shopping habits, and any other diet-related questions patients may have. A change in diet is necessary yet difficult, and this support makes the transition easier and more effective.
An exercise routine is also essential to achieving the weight loss goals each patient sets. To educate patients on an exercise plan most effective to obtain the weight loss, muscle definition, and cardiovascular health, New Jersey Bariatric Center has designed programs with trained exercise physiologists from Ivy Rehab.
