Leading Women today announced that Sunoco, as part of the company’s robust diversity program, has signed a twelve-month license agreement for Leading Women’s Self-Managed Solutions™. The programming provides a proven array of unique resources to help companies overcome common barriers to women’s advancement.
Starting in February, Sunoco now offers Leading Women’s Self-Managed Solutions™ online through a network of nearly twenty licensed facilitators who will use the content to run interactive meetings. The primary goal is for participants to develop a deeper understanding of leadership and expand leadership skills.
Sunoco joins other companies such as AMGEN, GTECH and Pfizer now supporting their internal women's initiatives with Leading Women’s Self-Managed Solutions™ including the Leadership Series based on ten to fifteen minute, multi-media modules; Lessons in Leadership™ Book Clubs exclusively focused on enhancing leadership skills; WATCH Leading Women™ which brings the experiences of successful women to the participant through internet content; and ASK Leading Women™ which offers the wisdom of noted authors and executives through audio interviews.
AMGEN has a highly active internal women’s initiative with over 250 participants in Leading Women’s Self-Managed Solutions™. The company first experienced Leading Women’s live programming then moved into the online offerings to extend the benefits to a larger number of employees.
