New Legends Marketing completes one year

June 2, 2010 - PRLog -- New Legends Marketing, based in Arnhem, in the eastern part of The Netherlands, completes one year of operations in the direct marketing sector.

It was on June 1, 2009 that New Legends Marketing was founded, by Duane Stein. Taking over as the Managing Director and assisted by experienced people like Head of Recruitment and Administration Manar Al Jarbi  and Team Leaders Reshad, Achmed and Geraldo,  Duane Stein set to work, aiming to make the most of what direct marketing had to offer. They worked with innovative strategies and results started showing in a few months time. Says  Duane Stein about the achievements in the first year of the company's operations, "For any business the first year is the most crucial as the business will either survive or go under. We did exceptionally well, growing from 3 to 30 people, acquiring over 250 brand new customers for our clients every week. This meant that as a business we turned over £650,000, which put us in a very strong position for 2010. Throughout 2010 we have grown from strength to strength. We are now looking to expand into several new locations including Nijmegen, Breda and Groningen."

New Legends has managed to grow and expand by dint of hard work and dedication by sales-marketing guys. Ask Duane Stein as to what are the key factors that has contributed to the company's growth. The reply would be, "Enthusiasm, work ethic, commitment and developing my people. Your success in business is not about how good you are;  it’s about how good the people in your business are. Invest in your people. Be patient with them, work hard with them, work hard for them, expose them to success and provide the environment for them to succeed.".

Speaking about goals for the future, Duane Stein says, "Our goal is to expand New Legends Marketing into 4 cities over the coming year and go from 30 people in the organisation to over 150 and then, over the coming 2 years expand to different countries too".

Duane over toekomstige doelstellingen: “Ons doel is om New Legends Marketing in de komende jaren uit te breiden naar 4 nieuwe steden, om ons team te vergroten van de huidige 30 man naar 150 en in de komende twee jaar tevens uit te breiden naar andere landen.”
