As songwriters and worship leaders, Greg and Glenda Bostock with their daughter Anna tour the country with a message of hope in Jesus Christ. Working several years with Evangelist Dave Roever, they have traveled to Vietnam numerous times sharing the love of Jesus through humanitarian efforts. For the first time since 1975, Christian churches are now being recognized by the Communist government to come above ground. The Bostocks are seizing this opportunity to help these Christians build churches.
These efforts are being organized by Mission Vietnam, a ministry birthed in the heart of Dave Roever who was severely burned and wounded in the Vietnam War. Sponsoring numerous projects, Mission Vietnam is recognized by the Vietnamese government as one of the largest Christian donors to that nation. After their most recent trip to Vietnam, the Bostocks realized that through partnering with Mission Vietnam, they could assist in the raising of funds by sharing the need at their concerts. Ministering under the covering of their non-profit organization, Blastoff Music Ministries, the Bostocks offer a fresh, exciting experience as their music and personal testimonies are enhanced through multi-media.
Many of the Bostocks’ God-given songs have been written through life experiences. While visiting children in a Vietnamese hospital, Greg wrote the song, “Plant a Seed,” which has been used by The Book of Hope ministry as their theme song. “The Journey Back” was inspired by and for the Vietnam Vets who went back to Vietnam with Dave Roever for reconciliation rallies.
