Last few days a customer from Netherland asked for Mud mixing pump. It is a well established Supply Company specialized in the supply of Mud Pump Fluid End Expendables with offices in Germany and the Netherlands.

The mud mixing pump as a lot of equipment used in HDD is similar to equipment used in oilfield drilling they are expanding horizon to more HDD specific equipment manufactured in China such as Mud mixing pump.

At the moment they need a mobile mud hopper/mud mixing pump.
Just a small unit to be used with a 1000 liter tank when additional mixing capacity is needed on location (Prime Drilling HDD 100-50 unit). They are interested on our Mud mixing pump SLH100.

About 2 months ago, Australian customer bought our mobile jet mixing unit (SLH150-30) works for tunnelling or HDD mud mixing.

They need the mud mixing pump be able to mix in batches of around 5000 litres to mix of 5%, 50kgs of bentonite to 1000 litres of water.

Their bentonite supply will be in bulker bags which they would prefer to empty into a hopper or mud mixing pump capable of batching the required quantity for the mix.

Mud mixing pump/Jet mixing unit can be designed specific type. Also according to customers’ various requirements on mixing capacity, GN will provide other customization service. For HDD/No dig, or Tunnelling industry, the mud mixing pump or other equipments will be always required to be movable.
