Aikido'Ka Free Self-Defense Day is June 12, 2010

May 27, 2010 - PRLog -- On Saturday, June 12, 2010, Aikido’Ka will offer self-defense seminars free to the community. The times for the seminars are:

10:00 - 11:30 am -- 7 - 10 year old
1:00 - 3:00 pm -- 11 - 15 year old
6:00 - 9:00 pm -- Women's Only Self-Defense (16+ years)

While Nevada County is relatively safe, bullying and assaults (unfortunately, including sexual assaults) are becoming far too common. These free seminars will provide you and your family with simple, effective, age-appropriate self-defense techniques.

The seminars are limited to 30 participants each, so register early at http://www.joinaikido.com. Registration is required.
