Siegel-Gallagher has recently taken part in both a landlord and tenant representation transaction in the Milwaukee area. Below are the details of the two:
• Brian Schroeder and Bill Quinlivan of Siegel-Gallagher Industrial Group represented the landlord of 67th St. Investments, LLC in a 3,500 square foot, 2-year term lease. The property, 7701 S 67th Street, will be the new location of BDJ Motors (not represented)
• Dan Mickelsen and Marianne Burish of Siegel-Gallagher Office Group represented Aflac in their recent leasing of 2,700 square feet at the Brookfield Lakes Corporate Center VI.
