Novaetus is Approved Vendor for HHCAPS Patient Satisfaction Surveys

May 26, 2010 - PRLog -- Novaetus, Inc, a marketing and customer experience agency based in Novi,  MI,  was recently named  as an approved  survey vendor to conduct patient satisfaction surveys, a recent requirement of the Center for Medicare Services (CMS)  that will affect Medicare agencies throughout the United States.  It is part of the quality initiative that was launched within the United States Department of Health and Human Services  in 2002 to ensure quality health care for all Americans through accountability and public disclosure.

As a survey vendor, Novaetus will be responsible for issuing a satisfaction survey to Medicare and Medicaid patients who have recently had service from a Medicare home care provider and reporting those results to CMS.  Results of the survey will be publicly reported on the CMS website  after a full year of data has been collected early in 2012.
