Established in 1997, NYMAG (New York Martial Arts Gym) has been offering Classes in Striking and Jiu-jitsu for Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense in the Dutchess County area. Due to tremendous demand, a facility in Orange County has opened and is offering classes in Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai and Wrestling for MMA.
Classes are taught in a professional group environment with classes sizes ranging from 20 – 40 people. The mats are the same that you would see at an Olympic Judo tournament and the area is bordered by a professional fence (cage) for Mixed Martial Arts Training. This is Orange County’s first MMA Gym and is already enrolling members at every single class.
All classes are taught by professional instructors who are Black Belts or Champions of the art that they teach. Recreational students as well as competitors train together in a very friendly and welcoming environment. Not to be confused with your average Karate school, this New Windsor MMA Gym offers World Class Mixed Martial Arts and Jiu-jitsu Training to students in a completely authentic environment.
