Attendees will be able to log in to a specified website, create an Avatar for themselves and then navigate through the Virtual SLA Convention in cyberspace. They will be able to see who else is attending the Virtual Convention and can have chat conversations with them. The IMAG of the speaker and their PowerPoint presentation will be displayed on the screens just like at the live General Session.
The sessions available in 3D for this conference are Opening General Session, Closing General Session, Spotlight Sessions and a Virtual Exhibit Floor, however, AVMG can provide this service for any number of sessions your meeting calls for depending on on how many rooms they may be in and budgetary constraints.
