All The Kings Men, Inc. was founded in June 2007 by Capehart, marketing director Dywuan Brown and Jamie Jackson. Since its inception, the organization has worked to reduce disproportionate minority contact and confinement (DMCC) of African-American males with juvenile court systems across the nation through life skills, financial management, college preparation, workforce readiness and after-school opportunities. To date, All The Kings Men, Inc. has served more than 32 male youth in Middle Tennessee and, beginning this year, will broaden its programs to offer similar opportunities for girls and young women.

“We are helping families and parents realize dreams and aspirations for their children, who are making a positive imprint on our communities” said Capehart. “We’ve seen several of our graduates become the first in their families to attend college. We look forward to grooming the next generation of leaders, thinkers and doers, as they beat the odds and challenge the statistics.”
