Wishcraft's 2009 Wishing Tree
PRLog (Press Release) -
May 25, 2010 - Participants will once again be treated to a very pink surprise as they head down Roscoe Street in the 2010 Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Chicago. Wishcraft, a local business that offers craft classes, workshops, parties and camps in Chicago, will install a new kind of tree, a wishing tree, along the route and in front of their workshop. Participants are offered pink ribbons and are invited to make a wish of their own or on behalf of a loved one by tying the ribbon to the tree. What starts as an empty branch will once again be transformed into a festive display of commitment, hope and pink.
The workshop is located at 2312 W. Roscoe St. 1.5 blocks east of Western Ave. For additional information about Wishcraft see
