Krista Grotte has a breakout performance in her latest film "Emerging Past". "Emerging Past", a horror film directed by Thomas Churchill, is slated for release later this year.
Originally from Minneapolis, MN, Krista moved to FL at 18 and pursued acting to fill a void. Krista Grotte has become known as a Scream Queen after appearing in several horror films. She has appeared in several films, television spots, infomercials, magazines and radio shows in addition to hosting film events. Krista Grotte is a published fitness model as well. She recently co-wrote and co-produced the short psychological thriller ALARUM with partners Bo Hitchcock and Rick Danford of Enigma Films. ALARUM has won two Crystal Reel Awards at an award ceremony in Tampa through the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association. Krista recently completed filming Brainjacked a Horror-Fi by the film Ranch as well as the highly anticipated The Uh-Oh Show by THE Godfather of Gore Herschell Gordon Lewis in post production 2010.
