Guests can enjoy a new perspective on Japanese cuisine at our multi-award-winning restaurant with creative dishes such as kanikama avocado hotategai, mock crab leg, avocado and scallop tartar with a creamy spiced sauce, and tara kinoko wasabi steak, pan-fried snow fish and mixed mushrooms with wasabi soy sauce.

Chef Ikeda’s award-winning cuisine draws on the rich culinary traditions of Japan yet is distinctly contemporary in flavour and presentation. Other highlights on the intuitive master chef’s special menu in June include nara natto gyoza, leek and Japanese yam and fermented soy bean gyoza dumplings, and wakador, pan-fried chicken and mushrooms with spicy soy sauce and fresh herbs.

Diners can end their unique experience at Kisso with irresistible sweet treats from the dessert menu. Heavenly creations include the refreshing gyuhi ichigo, strawberry and cream roll in sticky rice sheet, and the summery ice shu tempura, deep-fried green tea and strawberry ice cream with creamy sweet red bean sauce.

Kisso features seven private tatami rooms which can accommodate from between four to 20 persons.
