About the Author: Richard L. Fletcher is a retired controller. At 82, he has been married for 60 years. Fletcher began parachuting at age 60 and got his private pilot license when he was 69. He lives in Oceanside, California, and is currently writing his next book, Eagle Down, about political assassination. His other books include Two Rode West and Dive, Dive Deep.
