Cambrionix Hails the success of the Professional Hub Series A6 ‘Large Capacity Charge and Sync Station’.
Suitable for those customers needing to charge multiple USB products at one time, the large capacity charging station has 49 connectors to enable customers to charge USB products via a PC all at once. This avoids the need for a large number of dedicated charger devices. The hub is suitable for charging via a PC or Apple Mac in conjunction with a power supply.
This product has been successfully implemented at the New University of South Wales, Australia. The project began back in 2009 when Dr. Carl Reidsema approached John Paul Posada, Educational Technologist within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of New South Wales.
The problem he was asked to resolve was the need to have live in class feedback via clickers to students performing presentations in front of their peers. The idea was to help them improve their presentation skills via this anonymous feedback system. He determined that iPods or iPhones would be the best approach then proceeded to investigate how to charge and sync. these devices.
John Paul Posada purchased two A4 ‘Large Capacity Charge and Sync Stations’ from Cambrionix to enable him to charge and sync the vast number of devices he required.
