This time, Hugues de Payens (Dates. 1070 – 1136), a famous French knight from Champagne region is picked to pair with the most influential contemporary designer of the last century, Paul Rand (August 15, 1914 – November 26, 1996).
A celebrated creator of corporate logos (including UPS, IBM and ABC), Paul Rand has defied his father’s permission about his future as an artist to become one of the founders of modern graphic design. The graphic concepts rendered in the unit are made famous by Rand’s logos inspired this new iconography honouring Hugues de Payens, first Grand Master of the Holy Order of the Knight Templar, who protected pilgrims journeying to Jerusalem during the Middle Age.
Another brand new facility in Knight on Wyndham is a smartly appointed party venue ‘Knight Club’ on the first and second floor of the apartment building.
