Monaco Charity Film Festival (MCFF) congratulates the winners of its fifth charity event! This festival enables young and emerging film makers to present their works and creative efforts. After the screenings, a Gala Dinner raises money for charity organizations around the world. MCFF’s founder and Chairman, Mr. Vicente-Andres Zaragoza, created this event to use the power of film to raise awareness for worthy causes. This year’s festival lasted from May 5 to 11 and screened 100 films. Twenty-nine awards were presented in total within the categories of Feature Film, Documentary, Short Films (Non-student)

Best Entertaining Film – Regresa (Love Therapy) (Mexico)
Special Jury Grand Prize – John Rabe (Germany, China, and France)
Special Jury Award – Honey, I’m in Love (Le Grand Depart) (Canada)
Best Director – Aleksander Buravsky for Leningrad (Russia)
Best Performance by an Actor – Tanser Birsel in The Shadowless (Turkey)
Best Performance by an Actress – Maria Clara Spinelli in Paulista (Brazil)
Best Screenplay - Martin Friedmann-Petrá
The Grand Prize for a documentary went to Restoration (South Korea), a tale of the Messianic Jews in the Holy Land.
