Our NGO anticipate to advocate for all women with disabilities in RA, so we foresee the definite advantages of involving other regions of the Armenian republic.
Last year “Agate” NGO created a network of organizations and institutions dealing with disability issues in Gyumri. Accordingly, one of our primary Strategic Plans is to develop and strengthen the importance of our network and interlink it other organizations from Armenia. This proposed formal interlink will enable a more unified and focused approach to the implementation of its common goals.
After intense negotiations with the CEO of SpartaMatrix, Dr. Philip Wainwright, proposed an exceptionally dynamic opportunity to our organization which would assure that our advocating Network will be developed more effectively and have greater outreach capacity to better service the people of Armenia. Simply stated, the proposal by SpartaMatrix was for our NGO network be granted free premium access to its MLC –Croatia ISP and super computer , thus facilitating that each member of our NGO network will have 24/7 access to its own proprietary Network with our “Agate” NGO serving as the lead network manager.
This access will allow our network members three enormous advantages over our present individual set ups 1.) Cost free ISP access with the highest available bandwidth for completing research and grant writing; and 2.) VoIP telecommunications making it easy impart real time audio and visual sensitive information sharing only within the selected network members, or openly broadcasting with the news media and the public; and 3.) Long distance teleconferencing becomes freely available during times of stressful travel or quickly called conferencing to discuss emergencies, and policy or political issues.
When the deployment of this system is agreed to internally by any member NGO which wishes to Network, it is recommended that the next step would be to set out the agreed upon basic concept in formal resolution document to be signed by the participating members. Once signed unto the Network Agreement, the Network Manager (Agate) will make appropriate arrangements for implementation with SpartaMatrix. It is anticipated that within 8 weeks of the NGO Network’s final formal acceptance, each the member will trained on the system and brought on line. Once completed members can interact freely and safely in a secure computerized environment. The members will also have ready for them free access to individually encrypted storage capacity and access to a huge data vaults filled with resource and reference software which they need to write the project proposals and make presentations to its represented community.
We do hope that this NGO Network will be accepted and just the beginning of the major Armenian and regional initiative to benefit those we plan to serve and we thank SpartaMatrix for their great support and contribution to humanity.
