Americas’ Region Expands Recruitment Market Niches

At the recent IRC Global Executive Search Partners Americas’ regional meeting in Miami, Florida, key development areas were identified:
“In the US, we want to attract best in class boutique retained-search firms that specialize in IRC’s industrial practices and certain functional areas,” explained Mr. Espinosa. “In South and Central America, our objective is to attract boutique, retained generalist search firms to service clients’ needs across functions and industries; Colombia and Argentina are also important targets.
