IT Support Partner JMC Shortlisted for Crain’s Best Places to Work 2010 List

May 19, 2010 - PRLog -- JMC, an established IT support partner in the North of England, has been shortlisted for the Crain’s Best Places to Work 2010 list.  

The ‘Best Places to Work’ initiative was created by the Manchester business newspaper in order to honour local companies that have created positive and efficient working environments for their employees.

JMC has been nominated in the ‘Bigger’ category, for businesses with between 51 and 100 employees.

Each company that entered was ranked based on an independent survey in which employees were asked to respond to questions about their employers.

The survey evaluated companies against a range of different areas including team effectiveness, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, and work engagement amongst others.

The winners of Crain’s Best Places to Work 2010 will be named during an awards lunch at the Ramada Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on 17th June.
