Christina Aguilera Debuts Polow Da Don Produced Single On Oprah's 10 Year "O Magazine” Anniversary

May 18, 2010 - PRLog -- (Atlanta, GA) Four years since her last full length album, Christina Aguilera has tapped super-producer and Zone 4, Inc. label head Polow da Don for her debut single from her forthcoming album entitled Bionic. Polow joined forces with Zone 4, Inc. signee and songwriter Ester Dean to create the song “Not Myself Tonight.”

On Friday, May 7th, Aguilera performed her debut single on Oprah’s tenth anniversary special celebrating “O Magazine” live from Radio City Music Hall. Aguilera’s performance of “Not Myself Tonight” marked the star’s return to the pop world and was viewed by millions across the globe. Oprah gave rave reviews of Aguilera’s, “sizzling new single,” thanks to the production skills of Polow da Don.

During its first week in rotation, “Not Myself Tonight” became the most added song at radio in 2010 with a total of 886 plays within the first six days of its release. The single sold 77,000 copies in its first week and debuted at number 23 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart.

Although “Not Myself Tonight” marks the first time that Aguilera, Polow and Dean have worked together, the trio shared such chemistry that they collaborated on her rumored second single, “Woo Hoo,” featuring Nikki Minaj and also a third track, “I Hate Boys,” which is also predicted to be another chart topper for the hitmaker Polow da Don.
