Catherine, who is fluent in French, German and English, is based in France where Oliver Wight has had a presence since 1980 (its first in Europe) and which is now part of Oliver Wight’s wider European, African and Middle Eastern operation (EAME), headquartered in Gloucester, UK.
Whilst at Caterpillar France, Catherine led several major projects. She implemented the Oliver Wight Sales and Operations Planning process for the organisation and was then responsible for an Oliver Wight Class A programme, achieving certification in 2003. In 2006 she became a ‘Caterpillar Production System’ member in order to share and audit best practices among the different plants of the group.
Catherine joined Caterpillar in 1991 as a project manager for the corporate ERP implementation;
Prior to joining Caterpillar, Catherine worked for several years in the agricultural sector and at the Credit Agricole bank, providing technical and economical support to small enterprises.
Catherine is an engineer from the National School of Agronomics (Rennes – 1987) and holds a Master’s degree in systems definition and implementation.
