Motorola Milestone comes with a 3.7 inch TFT capacitive touch screen with excellent features such as multi touch input method, proximity sensor for auto turn off, accelerometer sensor, and a fill QWERTY keyboard. Nexus One brings in multi touch input method via firmware update touch sensitive controls and accelerometer sensor for UI auto rotate. There is no QWERTY keyboard with Google Nexus One but its display in 3.7 inches AMOLED capacitive touch screen.

Motorola Milestone is definitely a brilliant smart phone, but it is Google Nexus One that wins hands down in this comparison.
