Chandler, AZ - May 17, 2010 - Live Love, a Chandler based non-profit announced that on May 29, 2010 students from all over the East Valley will get the opportunity to clean up struggling areas in downtown Chandler while providing much needed mosquito nets for Malawi, Africa.
Students will be encouraged to bring their friends and $10 to donate towards mosquito nets for Africa. The $10 will be tracked all the way to Malawi, Africa where students from Chandler will be purchasing nets in the local markets of the capital city of Lilongwe. They will then take these nets from hut to hut and distribute them to the local community.
Paul Gunther Jr., Live Love’s founder, commented, “Daily we have opportunities all around us to do more with our lives. I have found that when we finally realize the full potential that all of us as individuals have, we then are mandated to bring change to the lives and communities all around us. Live Love Day is an opportunity to give back and help restore beauty and pride to our downtown neighborhoods.”
Students will meet at The Grove Bible Church located at 2777 S. Gilbert Rd. in Chandler at 8 AM and work in the community until 12pm on the 29th. The cost to participate in this community and world outreach is $10. For additional information call Live Love at 480-272-9929 or email them at info@whatislivelove.com
