MINI Adds New Location in Arizona

May 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Ware Malcomb Phoenix (www.waremalcomb.com) is proud to announce the completion of MINI’s (www.miniusa.com) second Arizona dealership.  The new dealership is located at 7855 South Test Drive in Tempe, Arizona.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation of an existing 20,000 square foot dealership.   The building’s exterior was given a facelift by incorporating a curtain wall system that creates an open framework of metal panels, glass, along with accent colors that incorporate MINI’s design standards. The existing service bay area was extended to allow for additional service bay positions. A new car delivery tower was added to the front showroom area to enhance display area, allow clear car delivery and orientation.

The interior space was completely remodeled and designed to meet MINI’s standards throughout. The space included showroom, sales stations, customer waiting area, product display, cashier, a finance office, manager’s offices, service writers, new car delivery area, parts storage, employee breakroom and locker room. The dealerships service department features a tools room and a bulk oil room that is part of the service bay area.  

Lusardi Construction Company (www.lusardi.com) of San Marcos, California served as the General Contractor for the project.
