Questar Expands Global Presence

May 14, 2010 - PRLog -- Questar a recognized leader in human resources and customer survey measurement and consulting is pleased to announce Steve Mogg as Questar’s new Account Executive in the UK. Steve is responsible for growth of the company's HR-focused measurement and consulting practice that conducts strategic measurement initiatives, such as Employee Engagement and 360 Degree Feedback programs in Europe. Steve joined Questar on March 30th and will be through out the U.K. and Europe.

Steve was most recently with Kenexa in the UK.  His role there was Business Development Manager in the Assessment Solutions group.  Prior to Kenexa, Steve was involved in strategic business development for K2, a technical staffing consultancy.  In this solution-selling role to Blue Chip clients Steve excelled at the analysis of clients, technologies and markets to identify new opportunities.  Most of his sales were developed through relationships at the CEO/CTO level.  Some of these past clients included Accenture, IBM, TNT Global, Nestle, T-Mobile.  While at K2 his annual sales grew from less than €1,000,000 in 2001 to €19,700,000 in 2007.  

Steve’s educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
