A large part of our student enrollment is made up of MMA fans who want to be able to learn more & participate in their favorite sport at a recreational level, while at the same time, gaining the Fitness and Self Defense benefits that MMA training will bring without competing. For these students, we provide a safe and welcoming environment in which to be involved in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts.

We teach beginners in a safe, friendly and relaxed group environment where no one is called out, singled out or put on the spot. We are here to help you learn no matter what your goals are.

NYMAG is the Hudson Valley's First Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy and has produced fighters and champions at the Highest Level of competition in both Grappling and MMA.
