Docmail Goes Instant with new "Pay as You Go" Product

May 14, 2010 - PRLog -- CFH has extended its range of print and post services with the introduction of Docmail Instant, its first pay as you go product.

“This slimmed down version of Docmail has been designed for people who don’t yet have an account with us, or who wish to send a single letter and pay by credit / debit card or by Paypal,” explains CFH managing director Dave Broadway.

He continues, “We have been finding that an increasing number of customers wish to take advantage of all the benefits of Docmail print and post, but also wish to pay as they go.”

The introduction of Docmail Instant allows customers to create their mailing using just one single screen on their desktop, either uploading a letter as a Word or Adobe document (pdf), or creating it using the on-line text editor. Once compiled, the letter can either be sent to a list, or to a single address, payment is taken, and the letter is printed and posted by Docmail.

Prices for Docmail, which offers considerable savings over standard post, start from 25p* per letter for one page black only print, or 32p* for full colour - including paper, print, envelope and postage.  Docmail’s standard delivery is equivalent to Royal Mail second class, with 94% of all mail arriving at its destination within two days.

Dave adds that for customers who wish to create regular or more complex mailings with multiple enclosures, for example, then standard Docmail remains the most suitable option.

CFH Docmail is a new generation of “hybrid” mail service which allows customers to compile and send post direct from their desktop – from just one individual letter or invoice, to regular, branded, marketing mailings. The letter is compiled on the PC, uploaded online before being printed and posted by CFH Docmail from its secure factory.
