ESPO Sign Webroster Ltd to Rostering Framework

Webroster Ltd is now included in ESPO’s Homecare Scheduling and Rostering Solution framework, with a view to supplying their webroster.net application to Local Authorities.

PRLog - May 14, 2010 - Webroster Ltd is now included in ESPO’s Homecare Scheduling and Rostering Solution framework, with a view to supplying their webroster.net application to Local Authorities.

The Peterborough based Software Development Company, scored highly on their tender for inclusion in the framework and is now one of a small number of suppliers listed by ESPO to provide homecare scheduling and rostering services.

ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) is a purchasing agent operating within the Local Government Goods and Service Act. The procurement service, based in Leicester, helps Local Authority purchasers to save costs and improve efficiency in sourcing goods and services.

The Homecare Scheduling and Rostering Solution framework is one of six work streams developed by the Care Services Efficiency Delivery programme. This programme has come from a need for reliability and efficiency in the industry.

Webroster is an established provider of workforce management solutions and the Team behind the Company has over 30 years of experience working within the healthcare industry. Inclusion in this framework will enable the Company to further market its workforce management and rostering solutions.

webroster.net uses a simple browser interface to allow service user, carer, social worker and manager requirements to be easily matched to provide a more efficient healthcare service. Personnel are advised of their rostering by email or SMS messaging for efficient bookings and precise run management. They can also log on to webroster.net themselves to view and print their roster information. Webroster’s automated front office system allows capture of time and attendance data remotely via telephone or the web, and feeds through to the back office for invoice and payroll generation.
