Royal Oaks Building Group Recognized At MAME Awards

RALEIGH, N.C. – Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC (www.royaloaksbg.com), has announced that the company has been recognized with awards in five categories at the 2010 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA) and the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC).  These prestigious MAME awards mirror the National Sales and Marketing Council’s Nationals Awards, which have established themselves as the Academy Awards of Triangle new home sales and marketing.  Royal Oaks received awards in the categories of:

1) Builder of the Year
2) Sales Team of the Year, presented to Lisa Briddle and Karen Evans
3) Best Product Design for the Juniper
4) Best Parade of Homes Silver Award

Royal Oaks also had seven agents inducted into the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council’s Million Dollar Circle. Staff members receiving the award include Lydia DeMaria, Adrienne Mickels, Larry Moff and Shannon-Wilson Chandler (Platinum level); Lisa Briddle and Karen Evans (Gold level); and Jennifer Ennis (Bronze level).  

The awards honored Royal Oaks’ impressive marketing accomplishments, which include extensive involvement in the homebuilding industry and cutting-edge product development, land planning, advertising and merchandising.  The company maintains a strong emphasis on buyer relations, general brokerage relations, and sales and marketing team relations.  The awards were presented at the Triangle MAME Awards formal event held at the Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, N.C. on April 29.
