Langham Place Samui Appoints New General Manager

May 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Langham Place Samui at Lamai Beach, an enchanting pearl amongst five-star Koh Samui resorts (http://kohsamui.langhamplacehotels.com/en/), has recently appointed Mr. Michael Hanratty as its new General Manager.

In his new role, Mr. Michael brings many years experience in hospitality to manage the overall operations and departments of the Langham Place Samui at Lamai.

Prior to joining Langham’s hotel in Koh Samui (http://kohsamui.langhamplacehotels.com/en/), Mr. Michael worked in similar capacities in Thailand for the past 6 years, most recently as was General Manager of the Sofitel Silom Bangkok.

His hospitality experience is diverse ranging from Guest Service through Front Office, Rooms Division and into General Management as well as having Golf Resort and Country Club experience. During his career he has gained exposure to different countries including Indonesia, Brunei, Dubai and Thailand.
