In order to build arm muscle fast perform workouts such as standing barbell and dumbbell curls, preacher curls, concentration curls and incline curls. It is best to ask a trainer for help if you are unsure about how to execute these exercises especially if there are no posted instructions in the gym.

In addition to these exercises, push-ups and push downs are also great on how to build arm muscle fast. Push-ups are self-explanatory. On the other hand push downs are of course the exact opposite movement. Start this exercise while you are in the push up position, and then lower your body slowly to the floor until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Try to hold this position for a few seconds, and then push yourself up until your arms are extended again.

Meanwhile, tricep dips will greatly help in increasing arm muscle. You can do this by sitting on the edge of a chair and placing your hands at your hips and holding on to the sides of the chair. Then try to lift yourself out of the chair using only your arms and lower your body below the chair level.

Free weights are also a big help on how to build arm muscles. Bicep curls are great because it can be done anywhere. You should also control your diet since arm muscle is very hard to build and maintain without proper nutrition.
