Christian author, Edward C. Lee has written the first known, marriage book to be based solely on the marriages of the Bible. Lee spent three years researching the over 50 marriages that are found in the Bible. His research has resulted in the book - Husbands, Wives, God: Introducing the Marriages of the Bible to Your Marriage (Accompanied by a Small Group/Bible Study).
In this first book Rev. Lee shares relatable and easy to implement principles from 7 marriages of the Bible. Lee states, "regardless of where today's couples are in their marriage, the marriages from the Bible provide, wisdom and fresh insight". In the book he taps into valuable communication principles from the little known couple of Manoah and his wife, as well as principles of trust from Job and his wife. Lee states, "Of the marriages shared in this book, my favorite marriage to share is that of Jacob and Leah. The ways Leah goes about trying to improve her marriage are so typical to how we go about trying to fix marriages today. But when she finally has a change of perspective the message becomes so powerful to husbands and wives today".
